Frequently asked questions
How do I delete my account?
Email support@offersees.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm by reply and remove your personal data from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Write to support@offersees.com with the product name in the subject line. Bug reports with reproduction steps and screenshots are the most helpful. Feature requests are welcome — we triage them and ship the ones that fit our roadmap.
I have a privacy or data-access request.
Email us at support@offersees.com and we will handle your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Depending on the nature of the request and your jurisdiction, we may need to verify your identity before proceeding.
Is Encrypted Album really end-to-end encrypted?
Yes. Your photos and videos are encrypted on your device using keys derived from your passcode or biometric unlock before they ever leave the device. We cannot read your vault and cannot recover its contents if you lose your key. See the Encrypted Album page for details.
Do you train AI models on my content?
No. We do not use your prompts, generated music, vault contents, or other user content to train machine-learning models without your explicit, opt-in consent.
