Offersees ("we", "us", or "our") is an independent software company based in Singapore. This Privacy Policy applies to the Offersees website at www.offersees.com and to our products, including GEO Optimization, AI Music, and Encrypted Album (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
When you create an account, contact support, or otherwise interact with us, we may collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, authentication credentials, and the content of your communications with us.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you use the Services we automatically collect certain technical information, including device identifiers, operating system, app version, language, approximate region, crash reports, and usage events needed to operate and improve the Services.
2.3 Product-specific information
GEO Optimization processes the domains, queries, and competitor names you choose to monitor, along with the AI-generated answers it retrieves on your behalf.
AI Music processes the prompts, lyrics, and audio recordings you submit to generate music, and stores the resulting tracks in your account library.
Encrypted Album is end-to-end encrypted. Photos, videos, and metadata you place in the vault are encrypted on your device before upload, using keys derived from your passcode or biometric unlock. We cannot read your vault contents and do not have access to your encryption keys.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To authenticate users and secure accounts.
- To respond to support requests and communicate with you.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the contents of your Encrypted Album vault, and we do not train machine-learning models on content you generate in our Services without your explicit, opt-in consent.
4. How We Share Information
We share personal information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: with vetted vendors who help us operate the Services (for example, cloud hosting, analytics on aggregate usage, and payment processing). They are bound by contracts limiting their use of your data.
- Legal requirements: when required by applicable law, legal process, or valid government request, and where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
- With your direction: when you ask us to share information on your behalf.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can delete your account at any time by contacting support@offersees.com; once deleted, associated personal data will be removed from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
6. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and monitoring. For Encrypted Album, content is additionally protected by end-to-end encryption, meaning it is encrypted on your device with keys only you hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email support@offersees.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.
8. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can delete it.
9. International Transfers
Offersees is based in Singapore. If you use the Services from outside Singapore, your information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in Singapore or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
10. Third-Party Services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party products (for example, AI model providers used by GEO Optimization and AI Music). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their policies before using their services.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required by law, notify you by email or within the Services.
